View and Update your Profile

Your profile details are sourced from your Ahpra registration and from information you provided when completing the QScript registration process. You can view this information, and update additional details used by QScript.

1. From the user profile menu (top right), select Profile.

   

   Your Profile is displayed.

   • If your principal place of practice (as recorded with Ahpra) is in Queensland, your Profile will display as follows:

     

     The Prescriber number field does not display for pharmacists.

     The information in the Personal Details and Primary Place of Practice sections is sourced from your Ahpra registration and cannot be edited in QScript.

     If any of these details are incorrect or out-of-date, please contact Ahpra to update your registration details. Any changes made by Ahpra will be reflected in QScript.

     The Additional Details section contains information you provided when completing the QScript registration process.

     • Your Contact Number may be used for communications to you from QScript. This telephone number is not shared with other QScript users. You can edit your Contact Number.

     • To update your Prescriber number or Username, please contact QScript technical support (click Support at the top of the screen).

   • If your principal place of practice (as recorded with Ahpra) is a jurisdiction other than Queensland, your Profile will display as follows:

     

     The Prescriber number field does not display for pharmacists.

     The information in the Personal Details section is sourced from your Ahpra registration and cannot be edited in QScript

     If any of these details are incorrect or out-of-date, please contact Ahpra to update your registration details. Any changes made by Ahpra will be reflected in QScript.

     The Primary Place of Practice and Additional Details sections contain information you provided when completing the QScript registration process.

     • You can edit all the information in the Primary Place of Practice section except for State.

     • Your Contact Number may be used for communications to you from QScript. This telephone number is not shared with other QScript users. You can edit your Contact Number.

     • To update your Prescriber number or Username, please contact QScript technical support (click Support at the top of the screen).

2. If you made any changes, select Save to update your profile. Alternatively, to discard your changes, select Cancel.
